Introducing Huotong’s Latest Innovation: The WSD-600D+ Fully Servo Electronic Shaft Multi-functional Zipper Bag Making Machine
This machine is specifically designed for recyclable and mono-material packaging. The demo material featured an outer layer of MDOPE laminated with conventional PE, and even the zipper was made of PE, making the entire stand-up zipper bag fully recyclable.

Key Structural Upgrades:

  1. Independent Servo Axis Control – Equipped with 32 independent servos and 13 sealing stations, ensuring timing accuracy within ±0.01 seconds per station.

  2. High-Precision Pressure Adjustment – Replacing traditional I-beam support with cylinder-controlled pressure, maintaining 0.02mm axial runout accuracy even at 2000 RPM.

  3. Optimized Servo Response – Advanced dynamic algorithms reduce servo response time from 0.1s to 0.02s, guaranteeing sealing performance.

Performance Improvements: Efficiency, Quality, and Energy Savings

Precision Independent Control – A fully synchronized servo algorithm allows 32 servos to operate independently, with 10ms adjustable sealing time per station based on material properties.
Enhanced Temperature Stability – Dynamic thermal technology reduces temperature fluctuations from ±5°C to ±1.5°C, ensuring consistent sealing quality.
Energy Efficiency  20% lower energy consumption and extended continuous operation for higher productivity.
